Jewelry from ARTINJEWELRY.CA is handmade and has undergone full inspection of all working parts. If your item malfunctioned with normal wear within 5 days of purchase, please send your email with picture including close-up showing break/malfunction. A repair will be made free of charge. You must mail the item with return prepaid packaging included. Please email or submit your question to ArtInJewelry.ca to work out details. Large and more expensive items must be mailed using tracking. Art In Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Shipping
AS OF OCT 2025, CANADA POST IS ON STRIKE. All shipments using Canada Post are being delayed. Other 3rd party shipping methods are currently available. Please ask for a quotation. If you are ordering an expensive item, a trackable shipping service will be used. We do not guarantee untracked shipping services. Alternatively, if mailing an expensive item in for repair, use a trackable shipping service and include shipping insurance.
