Coming Fall/Winter 2023The Richmond Hill Creative Eye
Our group is growing.

New Members & Visitors Always Welcome
NOT your typical beading society with paid memberships. Join us for a fun and relaxing evening of engaging conversation and other light-hearted activities promoting friendship, team building and to inspire your creative energies. We want to promote growth in knowledge and your creative musings as well as friendships and community spirit.

Show off your works of art. Or, bring in something you are working on including your unfinished workshop projects. Have a question? Perhaps we can help. It’s amazing what a little encouragement can do to boost confidence and creativity.

Would you like to be a part of something like this? Email or contact us today for more information.

In September of 2012, a group of beading enthusiasts from Richmond Hill and the GTA started up a beading group called the Richmond Hill Creative Eye. We wanted to get together on a monthly basis, have FUN, find interesting projects and designs but mainly create together. A member could confidently introduce and show off his or her new idea or run them past the group for support and encouragement. There was always a potluck night at the ‘Merry Beading Night Out’ every 2nd Tuesday of the month. Demonstrations and workshops were held regularly that included new techniques and projects as well as refreshers from the past. Guest instructors were invited who taught and/or demonstrated from time to time.
